Organising Life Beautifully
Organising Life Beautifully and Oscar Rose connected on 1 December, the timing was critical. Peak trading season was forecast to kick off from January 1, leaving little room for slow onboarding or incremental change. So we moved fast.
From the outset, the priority was simple: get the foundations right and build a system that could scale and capitalise on peak season. Within days, we implemented a full paid media account restructure designed to improve control and performance at higher spend levels. Alongside this, we worked closely with Sharon (Founder) and Lisa (CMO) across the broader eCommerce setup, providing practical consultation on website optimisation, creative direction and iteration, bundle strategy, and key product positioning.
The Goal:
Rather than chasing short-term wins, Oscar Rose focused on building structural integrity across paid media, creative, product strategy, and the website experience. By ensuring each part of the system worked together, Organising Life Beautifully was able to enter peak season with confidence, momentum, and control.
The result wasn’t just a strong December, it was a setup designed to support sustainable growth well into the new year and beyond.
