Hipland

When we met Zach at the beginning of Q4 2025, he explained that the online store no longer felt like a growth engine. Year-on-year performance was slipping, volatility was high, and the business was feeling the strain of this stubborn channel.

Through a close partnership built on collaboration, trust, honesty, and support, we were able to fundamentally shift how Hipland performed. Early sessions focused on understanding the real drivers and fundamentals that we needed to build our basis for scale. We’d identified some of the following operations as necessary

The Strategy:

  • Product bundling across logical groups to lift average order value
  • New Arrivals testing to identify winners early and scale with confidence
  • Creative testing frameworks to refine messaging and double down on what worked
  • International expansion, unlocking growth in the US market
  • Tight control on cost and efficiency, even as spend increased aggressively

These systems led to Zack’s biggest November ever, scaling the business with clear control all the while.

We’re now continuing to work with Zack on accelerating the US side of the business as that market gains momentum, with conversations around moving into women's fashion!
